10lb lobs shouldn't even be sold, thr meat isn't ad good as regular 1-2 pounder and the big boys are great breeders keeping lobster sustainable for us to eat

Honestly, I’ve been to Michelin starred restaurants before and it’s not so uncommon as you think for waiters to tell you to eat from the bottom upwards or to eat one element before another. I mean, it’s a tad pretentious, but if it makes the dish more impactful and delicious, I’m not offended by it.

I think it is okay to eat animals as long as we appreciate, cherish and treat them with the respect they deserve for filling our tummies in such a delicious way… Sadly people don't respect the animals that keep us fed and happy, they treat them like they're disposable which I guess in a certain way they are, but from a certain point of view so are humans, and that's wrong to say right? Because in reality all living things are disposable, but we value people's lives and we should value the animals who feed us by giving them a proper life and proper treatment before cooking them up for our families.
It's sad to see a hundred year old lobster being used for food challenge. Most of it will probably be thrown out
